BIRCHWOOD CONSTRUCTION is a small business founded in 1994. We specialize in the building of custom and spec homes. Proprietor, Chris Vanderzee has been in the industry for over 35 years and is a Journeyman Carpenter with trade experience in all the facets of home building. He oversees every project and along with our qualified trades people we ensure that every home that we build is built to as high a standard as he would expect in his own home.

Most all of the work Birchwood does comes from references and we have had the pleasure of building more that once for a few of our clients.
